Your advice regarding protein and calorie deficit has changed the way I view food- no longer as syns or in a stupidly low unrealistic calorie deficit. Prior to this I had been doing a 1200-1300 calorie deficit and looking back now I was miserable, tired and lacked focus.I’m way more positive, feeling more energised and seeing my body change in just 6 weeks. ☺️ thank you!
