"Why is this different to an app?"
I coach you every day; from helping you build motivation to be more active, to learning how to eat healthy meals (and allow room for treats too).
Once you're signed up, you'll be invited to join a members-only Facebook & WhatsApp group full of like-minded women, where you'll be fully supported by myself and the other members of the team.
We'll build you up when you're feeling down, and celebrate your wins with you.
Nobody gets left behind.
You'll be set targets, based around nutrition, habits, sleep, or steps - whatever you need.
You'll also be given structured workouts to suit your schedule; I have 10, 15, 20 and 30-minute workouts, to suit you and the time you have available.
You'll receive a habit tracker to keep you accountable and be given pep talks when needed, to help keep you on track and reassure you that you're doing great work ...we all need that from time to time.
Accountability and support will always be on hand so that you don't need to worry about decision-making; only trust in the process.
